The Thuiswinkel Waarborg is the most recognized and high-quality certification in the Netherlands, with independent certification and a dispute resolution committee. Unlike some web shop certifications, where a shop simply pays to receive a badge, the Thuiswinkel Waarborg must be earned. This ensures that consumers can truly trust this certification. The certification process consists of three assessments:
  • Legal assessment: Our website has been reviewed by an external legal firm to ensure we comply with all laws and regulations.
  • Financial monitoring: Our organization has been evaluated for financial health, so you can trust that we will fulfill our commitments.
