What are the delivery times?
Reemster.com usually ships your order within 2-3 working days, or at your convenience if you indicate it in the comments field during the ordering process.
Orders that can be sent as a parcel and whose products are in stock will be shipped the same or next working day if possible. This means that you will receive this order within 2 to 3 working days for deliveries within the Benelux.
Large orders that must be shipped on a pallet are prepared (if there is sufficient stock) the next working day and offered to the carrier at the next available moment. Depending on the delivery location, the delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 working days for deliveries within the Benelux.
In many cases you can opt for express delivery; we will then process your order with priority and will apply an accelerated shipping method. If the products are in stock, you will receive your order within 1 to 2 working days for deliveries within the Benelux.
What is the delivery time if the product is not in stock?
On each product's page, you can see the average delivery time if the product is not in stock. We will of course keep you informed should you order a product that is not in stock.
Can I pick up my order?
Picking up your order is possible by appointment and is always free of charge. Choose this option during checkout.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your delivery address, size of the shipment and your chosen shipping method. Some products, such as machines, require shipping on a pallet or in a wooden crate. Our website automatically calculates shipping costs during the ordering process. Before you place your order with us, you will have access to the shipping costs.

Who is the carrier?
We usually ship parcel orders with DPD or UPS. Pallet shipments are sent with Burggraaf Transport, Raben Logistics, DB Schenker, DSV, or DHL, depending on the delivery address. The choice of carrier depends on the content of the order and the delivery address. If you wish to make arrangements for the choice of a specific carrier, please contact us before placing your order. We can then discuss the options with you and set them out in a quotation.
Will I receive a track&trace code?
You will always receive a track&trace code of the shipment, unless it is a pallet shipment transported with Burggraaf Transport within the Benelux. For such shipments, we will contact you in advance to coordinate the delivery.
What if I am not present when my order is delivered?
For parcels: If you are not present for a parcel delivery, your parcel will be delivered to a nearby parcel point. You then usually have one week to collect your parcel there. If you do not collect your parcel, it will be returned to us. You will then have to place your order again.
For pallets: Pallet shipments are offered once. If you are not present on the first attempt, we will contact you to schedule another delivery attempt. This may incur additional costs.
